My neighbor had a dead Elm tree cut down the other day and I was fortunate enough to be there when it was begin done. It was cool watching Greg swing around in the tree loping off section after section of the tree. It was also fortunate that I could request specific pieces of the tree to be cut the way I wanted them. While I was watching the show, I was also watching some birds fly in and out of a couple of small bird houses and the idea came to me. Why not make a bird house? So here it is …… My version of a bird house….. With a little spirit! Wood spirit that is!
